Place is a total rip off, will never go back again. Way overcharged for basic repair and didn’t even fix what was really wrong. When they picked up the mower, they trenched our yard, which we had to repair. Be very wary when dealing with these people. They smile, shake your hand, and figuratively stab you in the back with their pricing and poor service. Never, ever again.

Had an EGO mower that needed warranty work. First tried taking it to big chain store where it was originally purchased. After 2-3 weeks of no communication, I called the store and found out nothing had happened since I dropped it off. I called Kristy @ P&K Equipment in Stillwater to see if I could bring the mower to them. They got it fixed and she stayed in touch with me giving me updates throughout the process. Very impressed - would definitely recommend to others!
